Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered, you can cancel your order by emailing us at myborosil@borosil.com and get refund by returning us your parcel within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories along with the original invoice. We provide free returns for orders over Rs.1000. For return for orders below Rs.1000, only the order amount will be refunded - freight/shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense. You must return your parcel to your nearest warehouse:

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -


  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
  • Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received

Which courier company should I use to return the product?

Please use a good courier service that offers tracking of the shipment, as the refund can be processed only once the item is received in good condition.


How long does the refund process take?

The refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a credit of the same value to your account, which can be redeemed in a period of 6 months.


Broken Items

Should an item be broken, please email us on myborosil@borosil.com, within 3 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items

Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on myborosil@borosil.com, days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
